| Comments: | I am so sorry for the family of the pilot who died in the crash. My families’ prayers go out to them in this time of mourning. I wonder, as the family should wonder if emergency personnel could have responded to his need more quickly and possibly averted the outcome if the first responders route to the site wasn’t impeded by the closed one lane bridge on Greenview Drive. Families on boh sides of the bridge could have close calls due to emergency vehicles having to go the long way around to get to their location. One of my neighbors decided to take their mother to Pocono Medical themselves because they weren’t taking any more chances than necessary. How about it Mario Scavello…see what you can do to get the DOT and Hamilton Township tails in gear and address that one lane bridge. I know its not an election year but we are here when you need us!!!...It’s been over 2 years and quite frankly I could have built several one lane bridges in that time. And don’t believe them when they say their out of money…all they have to do is look in their pockets. Oh yeah..And as far as the EPA worrying about Bog Turtles or Fox Holes….Can they put a humans life aside to save them??..I wouldn’t nor do I think they would if it was their mother. Hey Mario !!..How about it..Get them going...Didn't you hear Obama???..He said Roads...bridges and levees...we don't have levees....so I think the bridge on Greenview should be an easy task. My tires know that roads are already wasted around Hamilton Township. Take a ride yourself up Mills Road, the detour for the Greenview Drive bridge. You'll see for yourself why Jack Williams is getting some extra vacation money from the residence around here from wheel alignments and blown tires costs. Is the state ready to pay for some of that?? If not...fix the damn bridge!!!..Its one lane and less than 100 feet for God sakes!!!...A little less meetings and a lot more action is needed here sir! | ||
