Creative Services produces local and regional television programs. TV-13 keeps viewers informed with programs like award-winning Out in the Open and Pocono Mountains Today. TV-13 also presents award winning programs like Panorama, A Focus On Jim Thorpe and Four Seasons of the Pennsylvania Whitetail. Other shows cater to sports enthusiasts like Sport Scene 13, Monday Evening Quarterback and the award winning Victory Lane.

Production utilizes a team of Producers, Directors, and Videographers that create this programming and give our viewers the very best in quality television.

DIGITAL EDITING Blue Ridge Communications TV 13's Creative Services Dept. is editing in the Digital Domain. Using Apple's Final Cut Pro, the production team has brought the quality of it's productions to it's highest level ever.

PANASONIC P2HD Using the cutting edge P2HD system from Panasonic, the Creative Services team no longer records to traditional tape media, instead storing video on fast, rugged P2 memory cards. TV-13 still supports industry standards Beta SP and DVC Pro.
