A 15-year-old Panther Valley student from Nesquehoning is arrested after he makes threats to "be a school shooter."
On Wednesday night, Summit Hill police received a report of a male student making threats to come into the Panther Valley Junior Senior High School and "be a school shooter."
An investigation of the suspect found a Facebook page with concerning indicators of "means of school shooters."
After interviewing the suspect and a number of other students, police took the boy into custody on Thursday. He was charged with making terroristic threats and turned over to juvenile authorities.
