It's been four years in the making for a local high school class to speak to a u-s senator. The East Stroudsburg South A-P Government class and "ASPIRE" program was selected to have a video chat Q & A session with Senator Bob Casey. Yesterday students stepped up to the podium to ask Casey their questions on current issues around the state. A-P Government teacher Michael Healey says that the moment was even more memorable because of election day. Staff from Casey’s office even came to the high school to help the students prep for the video call.
