Thank You to all our viewers who took part in "Let Them Walk in Our Shoes". TV13 collected over 2000 pairs of shoes to be sent to PA Army Reserve Troops serving in Iraq.(see pictures below) The soldiers will distribute the shoes to Iraqi children. We also sent shoes to two schools in Arizona that serve children living on Indian reservations. Thanks also to all the school students who got involved in our project. The children from SS Peter & Paul Catholic School in Lehighton were the top collectors in our contest. They collected 230 pairs of shoes. An average of almost two and a half pairs of shoes per student.

The display of these photos is no indication that the U.S. Army endorses this donation drive or the organizations that are sponsoring this event including Blue Ridge Communications TV13.
