A Monroe County Grand Jury is asking the DA's office to bring charges against 2  Pleasant Valley School District employees.  Supervisor of Support staff, Joshua Krebs, and Technology Supervisor, Alex Sterenchok could face 2 counts each of illegal wiretapping and 1 count of conspiracy to commit the same.

Krebs allegedly placed a WiFi camera atop a vending machine in a faculty lounge, hoping to catch a janitor slacking on his duties.  According to court documents, Krebs told the head custodian one of her employees was slacking and he'd caught it on tape.  Alex Sterenchok allegedly aided Krebs in saving the footage to his smartphone and computer. Krebs allegedly admitted using the camera to one other employee.

The camera was in use April 5th and 6th of 2016.  At this time no charges have been filed against the employees.
