A Carbon County man admits to operating a meth lab out of his Franklin Township home.
42-year-old William Billings of Lehighton plead guilty late last week to one county of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Billings was arrested back in June after a search of his home on Long Run Road found materials used to make and distribute methamphetamine.
All other charges were dropped in exchange for Billings' guilty plea.
Billings will apply for placement in a state drug rehab program which must be approved prior to his sentencing.
