A fire broke out around three A.M. Friday morning at a home in Trachsville. The home is literally right on the border of Monroe and Carbon county. The house was fully involved by four am. Six fire stations were called to the scene.
Their neighbors, Cody and Larissa Davis, dialed 911 and helped the family in need as much as they could. The Davis' invited the family into their homes to use their bathroom, phone, and to give them clothing. Some of them ran out of the house with no shoes or socks.
The cause of the fire is unknown. The American Red Cross provided the family with lodging and financial assistance.
