The PennEast Pipeline is progressing. The 120 mile long natural gas pipeline will run from Wilkes-Barre to Trenton.  Property owners effected have now been given a deadline to negotiate with PennEast officials.  Earlier this month FERC granted pipeline surveyors access to properties through eminent domain.  We talked to PennEast Pipeline spokespersons who say they've reached agreements with about 75 percent of property owners.  The remaining people have until Monday to negotiate or they risk going to court.
