PA's Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine, talked about he recent disaster declaration that the Governor signed to help with treatment and prevention efforts.

Levine says Nine agencies, including EMA, Department of Health, and the Department of Alcohol and Drugs will work cohesively to improve treatment and prevention efforts.
