A Mahoning Township man is facing charges after allegedly making threats while under the influence.

Joshua Bierman, 35, was arrested Sunday after police were called to the Nis Hollow Trailer Park for reports of a man on drugs who was threatening people.

Police say when they arrived, Bierman refused to cooperate while being placed under arrest.

An officer was injured in the struggle and taken to the hospital.

Police seized suspected drugs while investigating.
