One of three men suspected with taking part in a Wayne County robbery is now in custody. State police say 31 year old Terrell Boozer of Philadelphia and two other men held up Tri-State Tobacco store in Texas Township back in October. Police say 19 thousand dollars was taken after the clerk was assaulted and forced to open the safe. State Police at Honesdale and Blooming Grove worked on the case and say that lead to boozer's arrest three months later. Wayne County District Attorney Pat Robinson provided details about the robbery today and promised to pursue all three involved with the robbery.
Police say Boozer drove the car used in the robbery. He's in jail on 150-thousand dollars bail. A second suspect - Tyson Blount - is being held on a probation violation and the third suspect has not been identified yet by police.
