A Kunkletown man faces charges for delivering drugs which police say caused a death.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police arrested 38 year old John Rothschling today in connection with the death of a man in Tunkhannock Township in August of 2017. Officers say Rothschling sold heroin to a friend who died the next day. The victim’s cause of death was listed as fentanyl toxicity. Officers say drug packages found in Rothschlings home also showed the presence of fentanyl. Rothschling is free tonight after posting 100-thousand dollars bail.

A Pike County man has also been arrested for delivering drugs which caused a death. State Police say 44 year old Rocco Fradella of Lords Valley provided heroin that killed a woman last year in Blooming Grove Township. Charges including drug delivery resulting in death were filed against Fradella today. State police say the case is still an active investigation and no additional details have been released.
