Students at St. John Neumann Regional School in Palmerton are taking a trip back in time while bringing their history lessons to life.

Welcome to "Madame McLaughin's" Wax Museum!

Tuesday afternoon 7th and 8th graders put on their presentations for their teachers, classmates and parents.

Each student had to research a decade and pick a person from that time period to transform into. One by one, historical figures came to life to tell their tales.

Teacher Donna McLaughlin says the project mixes in history, writing, public speaking and research skills.

Part of this year's project included creating a playable game to go along with each decade.

Some famous faces included Queen Victoria, President Reagan, and Lucille Ball.
