Project search is a one year transition program at Kalahari resort which provides training that leads to employment for people with disabilities.

“It’s a program for students in their senior year, they have to have met all of their credits and criteria so usually 18 or older," said HRC Director of Career Operations, Dawn Daignault. "They come to Kalahari and learn vocations, instead of regular high school classes,” she added.

During the ceremony today the graduates gave a recap of their experience during their internships, through power point presentations. Directors tell News13 this programs main focus is to give these graduates a more productive independent adult life.
