A Monroe County man has been arrested for delivering drugs which police say caused a death. Pocono Mountain Regional Police filed those charges against 50 year old Chester Botch Junior. Officers say they responded to his home on Beartown Road in Canadensis last October. Botch's employee Thomas Bartkovsky was dead in the garage. Police found 50 used heroin packets in the home as well evidence botch was selling heroin and paying some of his employees with heroin. Officers say Bartkovsky's death appeared to have been staged. When questioned police say botch changed his story several times. In January police say they placed a recording device on a confidential informant. Officers say the informant recorded Botch admitting to giving Bartkovsky heroin and hanging him in the garage after he overdosed. Botch is in the Monroe County Jail on half a million dollars bail.
