A Schuylkill County dog rescue center is looking to find a group of dogs new homes.
Char-Wills German Shepherd Rescue has taken in a group of dogs all the way from Tennessee.
The Memphis Animal Services seized over 40 German Shepherds from a home claiming to be an animal rescue center. The dogs were found to be living in deplorable conditions.
Char-Wills Rescue in New Ringgold took in some of those dogs while the others were sent to other rescue centers across the nation.
Officials say most of the dogs won't be ready to go to a new home just yet, but anyone looking to adopt can fill out an application to start the adoption process on the Char-Wills website.
