Governor Tom Wolf visited Pocono Mountain West to talk about charter school reform. He says current laws are out of date and poorly managed, making it easier for the schools to take advantage of the situation. The governor wants to set a law in place so that charter schools can’t direct tax dollars to themselves or others in their group.

“We need to act and make sure we change and improve on the law that was put into place 20 years ago, to be sure unintended consequences are addressed,” said Wolf.
