A principal at a Jim Thorpe elementary school is giving thanks this year for those who work by her side every day.

Principal Holly Mordaunt from L.B. Morris created this turkey display with each feather representing an individual in the building.  Everyone from lunch ladies, custodians, teachers, office staff and other faculty- each feather has a hand written note with their name on it as a small way to say thank you.

"I can't express how thankful I am for those people and grateful for all they do. They make my job quite easy, when i have wonderful people working for me," said Mourdaunt.

It took her about four hours to write out all of the note and arrange the feathers.
