For the last couple of weeks grocery stores have been packed full of customers looking to stock up on food and other supplies. The panic buying has left many store shelves completely empty. Now Pocono pro foods,  is working to give people the option to get groceries without the hustle and bustle.

“While our business is down we’ve got product available, I thought why not make it available to the public and kind of do a service for them where they can come pick it up and don’t even have to get out of their car,” said Exc. Chef Doug Petruzzi.

Normally servicing restaurants Pocono Pro foods in Stroudsburg has changed their format for the time being to sell meats and produce to customers in smaller quantities.

“We’ve got 6 different boxes, a variety of things from meats and seafoods, we also have some ancillary items in there like twice baked potatoes, and some dinner rolls etc,” added Petruzzi.
