An intense fight is under investigation at a resort in Monroe County.
A video of the incident at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Pocono Manor has gone viral.
And police tell us that type of disorderly conduct is not going to be tolerated.
The video has been watched by nearly 30 thousand people on Facebook. Pocono Mountain Regional Police were called to Kalahari Resorts and Conventions on Tuesday around 5PM for a fight.
Detective Sergeant Lucas Bray of Pocono Mountain Regional Police says, "Kalahari security, I believe already had most of it under control. The investigation is still ongoing."
While police don’t have many details to release at this time, they do want everyone watching to know they expect to arrest four to five of the people involved.
Bray says, "We don’t want people to think that it’s ok to come up to the Poconos and Kalahari and fight and drink to a level where it affects those who want to be there and have a good time."
Recently the department has seen an increase in calls at the water park for drunk and disorderly incidents.
Bray says, "Our police department as well as Kalahari have taken a pretty firm stand against drunk and disorderly type incidents there. If those types of incidents happen, we’re going to investigate them and you’ll be arrested for it."
We reached out to the resort for comment but are still waiting to hear back.
