Pleasant Valley School District sees their first case of COVID-19.

The superintendent tells us he was contacted minutes before their school board meeting ended last night with the news. It's a staff member at the high school that tested positive for covid-19. Officials say, they are going to follow their health and safety plan, which means the person that tested positive for the virus is staying home for ten days. They must be fever free for three days and have a doctor's note before returning to work. Two other staff members who came in close contact with that individual are quarantining for 14 days.
