A temporarily closed Jim Thorpe restaurant is looking fill staff positions so it can come back better than ever.

The Stone Row Pub & Eatery on Race Street has been shut down for several months due to pandemic-related under-staffing and supply issues.

Now the meat-friendly, vegan-forward restaurant is looking for an executive chef with fine dining experience and other kitchen and front of the house team members.

Stone Row's owner says parking issues in Jim Thorpe have added to the difficulty of finding workers to run the restaurant. She assures anyone who wants to work at the eatery that they'll receive some form of parking assistance.

"I have some options in town. I also can do a little shuttle for staff, so I've already been thinking about how I can make it as easy as possible to park without making it financially deleterious, so that they find that half their paycheck is going to parking."

White hopes to reopen mid-to-late February. Open job listings can be found on Indeed and the restaurant's Facebook page. You can contact Margaret White directly through Stone Row's Facebook messenger.
