Restrictions:
- Any necessary permits must be paid for and obtained by the winner.
- Installation is limited to a primary residence; No businesses or vacation home or investment properties.
- Installation must be on an exterior wall for outside ventilation.
- Outdoor Unit must be within 15 feet of indoor unit.
- Residence’s electric service must be up to code prior to installation.
- The cost of additional electrical work required for installation is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
