Ben Stemrich is a seasoned media professional with a degree in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University. With over a decade of experience in news and television, both behind and in front of the camera, he has worn many hats—from videographer and reporter to anchor and now weatherperson. Ben has spent much of his career with Blue Ridge News 13, as well as other local outlets, where he is known for his clear storytelling and community-focused reporting.

When he is not on camera, Ben enjoys digging into his passions outside the newsroom. He and his dog, Potato, can often be found tending their garden, experimenting with homemade hot sauce recipes, or exploring the world through macro photography. A devoted houseplant enthusiast, Ben brings the same curiosity and care to his hobbies as he does to his forecasting.
