Kim Bell is an Emmy award-winning journalist who grew up in the Poconos. Kim joined the Blue Ridge 13 team in 1989 and has worked as a reporter, news anchor and host of several talk and magazine shows over the years. From interviewing politicians and state leaders to jumping out of an airplane, Kim is always ready for the next adventure. She is currently the General Manager of Blue Ridge 13. Kim recognizes the importance of covering local stories that matter to our communities across northeast Pennsylvania.

Kim is a proud alumnus of Bloomsburg University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Radio and Television with a minor in Economics. She also graduated from East Stroudsburg University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Communication. Kim believes it is important to give back to the community. She has been a long-time volunteer for many organizations including American Red Cross, American Cancer Society and Dream Come True. Kim has been an athlete all her life and continues to be an avid tennis player and skier. She also loves watching football! Go E-A-G-L-E-S
